This week there was a WEF meeting in Vienna. One would think this would be a major event for leftists to gather in protest, but I guess things happen differently in Vienna. The several organization taking part in the demonstration were, for some unknown reason, complacent and utterly inapt, and in the afternoon of this Tuesday there had been WAY more police officers in Yppenplatz than protestors. It was a sad and pathetic event, one that shone a dark light on the Austrian left (not that I really had any lofty expectations…). So, take note KPO, this is how you do it bitches: take an example from the Canadians. They were even able to make this amazing album out of their activism (but, then again, they also have superior musicians than in Austria). Bakunin's bum is a project in which members of God speed you! Black emperor (or more notable at that time, A silver Mt. Zion) "soundtracked" the proceedings of a local activist group.
