אין עושר בלי עושק

Sparrow and The workshop – Snakes in the grass (from: Spitting daggers, Distiller 30/05/2011) www.myspace.com/sparrowandtheworkshop

The most surprising thing about this track is that Spruance is doing Patton better than Patton, which also takes part in this album. Thus, the closest will ever get to a Bungle reunion, only perpetuates that damn stupid bad blood running between these two. Apart from that, pay attention to the amazing track with Blixa Bargeld, which is simply on fire these past few years.

This is yet another project by one of the best musical minds of recent years, Jason Kohnen. After demolishing breakcore under the moniker Bong-Ra and then inventing doomjazz with the Kilimanjaro darkjazz ensemble, he hooks up with breakcore colleagues Deformer and drum workhorse Balazs Pandi to give birth to Wormskull.

And a natural continuation…

Hoquets - Couque de Dinant (2011)

31 knots - Candles on open water (2011)

Gérard Pesson - Toccata pour spat'sonore (2008)
